Quite a stupid thing to say by Hasan Nisar and one of many that he exaggerates in anger and disgust.
Overall though, if you want us to believe his anger and criticism towards certain corrupt politicians in unwarranted than that is NOT the case. He is a still a great analyst and one of the rare ones with unique and aggressive style. As i said you definitely can't always agree with his comments or style but we need more such people than Zaid Hamid type (although i like his patriotism) who want us to believe that we are some kind of super heroes.

2 things 1) he was speaking largely to Indian audience in Canada 2) he reinforces the idea that Pakistan is failed state everytime he is on TV. He is basicly light version of Tarek Fatah.

1) Lavish Life Style - Where he can afford to get drunk every evening.
2) Freedom of Speech - Where he can abuse Pakistan and Pakistani nation as much he can and get paid for it
3) The Name - Because of which he is able to address big gatherings or his views gets published in national and international media
and yet he says he have got nothing...
then he must show some self-respect and dignity and tear down his green Pakistani Passport and should give up his Pakistani nationality... and then he can condemn his new homeland (what ever it may be as much as he can)
