For securing Pakistan we first allowed U.S. to carry out drone strikes in tribal areas, then we carried out operations in different tribal agencies and drove them out, now they are not safe even in their camps. What do we want? Do we want Pashtuns to demand independence from Pakistan as well? Provincial government, Federal government and the military are all quiet now while the tribals are killed like animals.

they are being penalized for taliban operating among them especially pre-operation.
As for who is to care for the situation, it is a political football just like north waziristan operation where political and military sides were blaming each other that we don't have the the will for govt and the govt was saying that we aren't getting good signals from the military.
