Spending money on your countrys defense is imperative, but does Pakistan really need to have the best nuclear weapons? Considering the fact that Pakistan is a nuclear power already and as such has its deterrent isn’t it a better idea to use that money to develop the Pakistani health, education services and such?

Unfortunately the south asia is in nuclear race and India is big spender there, you can pass the same advice to Indian government while we try that on our side.
