There are some shady people hiding in Pakistan, but they are far from welcome.. Some locals may be helping them, and i would even say that ISI is involved still, but they are not there on the invitation of the govt of Pakistan.
Besides, most of the new Afghan rulers are totaly biased towards Pakistan, seeing as how they were mostly N alliance.

Normal response from Pakistanis would be that these guys are Indian agents and non Pashtuns.

We should be happy that we have the support of US in getting rid of these fanatics, because they will be a source of problem for Pakistan so its good to have support to weed them out.
