Interesting part is that Pakistan is negotiating its budget with the IMF. This by the kashkol toR government, the growth target and tax collection has been adjusted downwards as well.

Didnt go thru the link but does it mean they are setting low target? Its very unsual of NS govt cuz normally they talk higher numbers

Not unusual at all, they have been caught a few times with their pants down. They then blame mis printing for covering the fudged numbers.
