Catch 22 - world bank and IMF says “increase tax collection and take out subsidies”; UN says food prices are too high.

IMF and world bank will say this because they invested money in the country and now they want it back one way or another.
By the way, I don’t think increased tax collection has anything to do with rising food prices.
