Hardly. It seems like a three way split between the MMA, PML (Q) the PPPP. With the MQM, NA, PML (N) and PTI getting a sizeable number of seats as well. A truly hung parliament, and probably the most representative parliament Pakistan has had in a generation.
President Musharraf will be the ultimate king maker, and with the leaders of these many parties calling at the Aiwan-e-Sadr seking his favour to be able to form the government.

Actually the Karachiites, are apparently unhappy with the policies of 'Bhai'. As far as the results are concerned, the result is very far reaching as MMA and PPP are emerging big parties.
