That shows Nawaz Shirif has no idea of the destruction, he probably has gone/seen limited areas of destruction in Punjab and then came to this conclusion. kunwayn ka maindak.
Completely agree with you guys, this statement is probably hint of jealousy that only $ardari will get the biggest cut in foreign aid while N$ will have to only watch that cut goto $ardari.
