You cited example of conviction rate in cases of inciting hatred…you must check conviction rate of the cases booked under anti blasphemy law.
I am no fan of mfh and does not support his act so no point in arguing about it.

Did MFH truly have malicious intent with his painting? I mean, did he have a history of infuriating Hindus with such provocative themes ?
