The laws would remain irrelevant unless enforcement is there. I don’t really care what the law says. I would rather have it thrown out. But we need to do more than that. We can have a million laws to protect minorities. Enforcement is the problem. Mentality is the problem.
If someone influential occupies my land, it would take me at least 20 years to get it back (if I am fortunate enough), regardless I am a minority or majority.
