we came back around 4pm after the parade coz it started raining.

I don't know I left around 8:30 and Hadiqa was still singing. It must have ended at 10pm.

^ ABout 11. City by-law says STRICTLY nofin after 10:30 can go on. But it kept going since Ahamad J came like @ 10:30. Guy was a mess and was wearing a PIA kambal?
