Adam Docker becomes another name on the growing list of UK based football players to join Pakistani Football team squad.

Principality Welsh Premier player Adam Docker has won his first international call-up for Pakistan’s World Cup qualifiers against Iraq.
The Porthmadog and former Bangor City midfielder joined the squad on Sunday ahead of the first game in Lahore next Monday. The return leg will be played in Syria on Sunday, 28th October.
Formerly a member of Altrincham’s reserve squad with previous experience at Bury, Docker joined Bangor in season 2005/06 and, after being released from Farrar Road at the start of 2007 joined UniBond League outfit Chorley.
However, he linked-up again with ex-Bangor boss Clayton Blackmore by signing for Porthmadog in September and has made a total of nine Welsh Premier appearances to date.
Docker (pictured) qualifies for Pakistan through his ancestry and will use the name Adam Karim while playing international football.
"I have not been told which position I will be playing in by the Pakistani management.
“Although I have played as a striker, I prefer playing at centre half," says Docker, who is looking forward to the opportunity of a lifetime.
“We have some good quality players in the side and I think we’ve got a good chance. I think by choosing players from across the world, the Pakistan Football Association have shown they are looking to develop the team and are serious about football in the country,” he added.
Off the field, Docker has a full-time job running Karim’s restaurant in Middleton.
Zesh Rehman of QPR, Adnan Ahmed of Tranmere Rovers and Amjad Iqbal of Blue Square Premier side Farsley Celtic are other UK-based players selected for the squad
