If you have noticed in current World T20 there are more Pakistan born players then any other country. Like Imran Tahir, Usman Khuwaja, Sikandar Raza, Mudassar Bukhari, loads of players in UAE, Oman, Hong Kong, or even in Afghan team. This shows how popular cricket is in Pakistan that they can even get chance in other nations.

Agreed, thats why we have to do a quick rotation within our team and drag out bad-performing players quickly so that others can get a chance too. Like the guy in UAE team Shaiman Anwar I think has played in Sialkot team but never got a chance ahead.
Like in Australia the turnover is so rapid that they always have a big lot of players available.
I think the concept of "Seniority" has stung us the most.

Let make a rule or something like if any player is not performing in 5 recent matches... then he should not any place in team...
