america, israel, pakistan, india have all badly failed to crush what they considered to be terrorists....and none of them have given a damn to what human rights groups have said.
America has been successful in crushing terrorism inside its borders. India was successful in Punjab. Its not been given the chance to do that in other parts of the country by politicians with vested interests. Israel is still fighting, so its hard to say what the outcome will be. As for Pakistan, it fights terrorists with one hand and feeds them with the other ;)
