As per the information so far, the said Brigadier was detained on his connections with “Hizb-ut-tehrir” which, as per my knowledge, is a non-violant organization and though they have a cause of bringing caliphat, have so far not been proven to be involved into any unlawful act. Yes, I know being in army he’s not supposed to have connections with any banned organization but my point is, our main enemy are still Talibans and all those who are doing all sorts of violent acts like wutever happened in PNS Karsaz or GHQ. And NOT finding those culprits mean you are still letting the main enemy free and they can do wutever they want.

Hizb and non violent, than so is Taliban. The difference between the two is that one openly propagates and takes part in violence (Taliban), the other supports and hides behind freedom of speech in the countries it so despises to further its agenda. Most of the terrorist activities in UK are linked to Hizb and the 7/7 London bombers were Hizb sympathisers. Also Hizb uses UK uni’s to radicalise the students there. So to call it non violent is just not right. One does it openly the other uses more sophisticated methods.
