Pakistan Army 1947 to today

Pakistan army has gone through a greatdeal in its history of 55 years from a humble begining to a formidable army.

In 1947 the army Pakistan got was no way close to being a well equiped modern army but today from the standard G-3 rifle to main battle tanks it can be rightly called a Modern Army with nuclear weapons in its arsenal.

Pakistan Miltary Insignia and Medals

:bism: Peace be upon you!

I’m a serious collector of military insignia and medals and I’d like to buy or trade U.S. insignia and medals for those of Pakistan for my own collection as I do not sell, but do like to trade. I also collect older Indian army badges, pre-Independence, if possible. I am also very much interested in the history of the Pakistan military from 1947 to present. I am a former soldier, having served in Korea at Camp Casey. As I recall seeing Pakistan soldiers there in 1960. I’ve got my own website which shows my collection of worldwide military badges. I’ve wanted to have pictures of the known cap badges of the Army of Pakistan. Not sure that I can post my website here, of course I would not wish to violate the rules of Gupistan, but you can email me. Thank you! Sarge Booker
