LAHORE: Pakistan chief selector Inzamam ul Haq Satuday announced a squad for the first day and night Test against West Indies scheduled for October 13 in Dubai.**
Babar Azam, who made history by scoring three consecutive centuries in the ODI series, has been named in the squad.
Muhammad Hafeez and Shan Masood were dropped for the series.
The other players in the squad included Misbahul Haq (c), Sami Aslam, Azhar Ali, Sarfraz Ahmed, Asad Shafiq, Muhammad Nawaz, Muhammad Amir, Wahab Riaz, Sohail Khan, Rahat Ali, Imran Khan, Yasir Shah and Zulfiqat Babar.
He said that doctors have advised Younis Khan to take 10-day rest owing to his illness, adding that he will be back in the team once he recovers from his illness.
“I hope Younis Khan will be available for the second test,” the chief selector said. –Samaa

I think its a good squad. Except I never agree with Azhar opening up the inning. But glad to see hafeez dropped.
