BTW I cannot understand , how selector can drop a player based on discipline. Selectors need to be pure technical and selections should be based on technical grounds. In cse some players are involved in disciplinary mis conduct , board should ifrom the selectors from beginning not to consider these players for selection until goahead is not given. Now as the selectors taken this resonsibility , how he will assure that discipiline of these players ( shahzad and akmal ) is improved.

Cannot understand how can you imply this. He will not have to work on discipline. He got manager and coach’s reports on player’s performance/attitude from Board on taking responsibilities as chief selector.
