Achtung
I do not agree with u that we have the responsibility towards Kashmir, Palestine and Chechniya especially when that means war and continued aggression on our borders. Why? What about the people living in our own country who dont have two meals a day and a place to live and cloth to cover themselves. Isnt supposed to be that way that we should try to rid our society of these first before we go out and fight somebody's else war.
What will Kashmir give us? A strategic position to overlook India. Who cares. If u are at peace and on friendsly terms with your neighbours then u dont need to spy on them. U dont need the army and increase your external debts. I am sure you are a well read person and u would know that we spend around 80% of our meagre budget on debts servicing (i.e. interest only) and on defence. We are not paying back our loans but just rescheduling them to gain more time. God knows until when.
So I think we should have a referendum to this effect and determine the will of the Pakistani people on this issue and then we can act accordingly. This important issue SHOULD NOT be in the hands of our corrupt politicians only who just use this issue to create hype and use the people for personal political gains.
