The key criteria, accoring to BBC were:
health, freedom, unemployment, family life, climate, political stability and security, gender equality and family and community life...
Obviously on issues such as freedom (political and social), stability and perhaps also gender equality India would outscore Pak by a big margin.
Both nations per capita incomes are sad and almost embaressing.
Why do you allow Indians on this place, in my time here, the vast majority just criticize and dont discuss.
