We can get help from Muslim Countries and sir most of the aid is given as money but in the form of Equipment for the Armed very few money is spent on the welfare of the people so even now this aid has not done anything good to Pakistan and we have not got more than 20 billion dollars in past 10 years but has lost 70 Billion Dollars in the so called war on terror

Yes, like the Muslim countries your refering to were falling all over themselves to help Pakistan when it nearly went bankrupt in 2008.

Pakistan has to take loans from the IMF. IMF’s biggest contributor, and most influential is the US. If Pakistan becomes a pariah state, no one will be willing to lend it any money.

Pakistan is doing this bad now, imagine what it will do when it has no access to international loans.
