Re: Pakistan ain't so bad - or ain't alone in this
New Zealand rarely collapse at the rate and consistency that Pakistan keep collapsing...also remember NZ is a very small country yet they always punch above their weight. South Africans, on the other hand, are world-renowed chokers and they proved that yet again. If you think the South African press wont go after the Proteas, you should think again. Fine, no one will burn effigies etc but the players will definately cop a lot of stick. Every team has a decent record against South Africa, because they have a one dimensional attack - except Pakistan. Pakistan's record against SA is appaling...because our batsman lose the game mentally before they even step foot on the field against SA.
** So..to say 'Pakistan aint bad or alone in all this' is a little over the top. Sure, other teams collapse..but not as regularly or as efficiently as the Pakistanis seem to keep doing..**.and in a country where cricket is the only game we're remotely good at...theres bound to be over-reaction by the fans.
So how come Pakistan is still in the top 4 in the world rankings???
