About Jawad , Perhaps I told you earlier about a very big very big seizure/Fits continued for hours many years ago , which changed actually equaled the temperature of left and right sides of his body , His left side was stiff I mean hard and right was almost like paralyzed ,
Three days ago same big seizure attack occurred , I was expecting some seizure attack since few days because he was more responsive from last many days and it often happened that after showing some improvement a small seizure attack happens and down him .
But this attack was very big and continued for hours even after medication at hospital and a sleep in result of medicine it continued again after hours of sleep , Slow fits type movement continued more than 24 hours . The result which I am feeling that stiffness/hardness of left side has been finished and the both sides are becoming equal . More visibility will take weeks because like last time , these big fits destroyed his all muscle system and recovery will take may days .
It is for record .
Thank you for attention . Looking for some advice .

No, it is not fair to ANY girl to marry your son and spend the rest of her life being his 24/7 caretaker. You are his father and had a relationship with him before things changed; your relationship/feelings for him are very different.
If you really want to know whether this will be fair…ask yourself, if you had a daughter, would you want YOUR daughter to marry a guy like Jawad? Would you want your daughter, even if she was willing, to marry a man who can never be a husband to her, never give her any physical or emotional comfort, and never even give her the chance of becoming a mother?
I will repeat, it is still not fair. There are girls out there who are willing to do MANY things out of deperation. But for you to look for a girl like that as a 24/7 caretaker for your son…who is willing to sacrifice her life as a proper wife and potential mother because she’s desperate…is wrong.

With all due respect, even a child who is 2/3/4 years old can blink their eyes to communicate and say a few words. But that does not mean they have the mental capacity to consent to a nikah. How do you know for sure that Jawad still has the mental capacity of an adult?

If a woman makes a willing compromise in her life and commits to such a marriage then perhaps she will be rewarded in other ways by the Almighty, insha Allah.
If she were coerced, for example threatened with harm of any sort (i.e. mental or physical) and forced into the union, then yes, that would be entirely unfair.
May Allah do what’s best for Jawad and keep him forever in His care, ameen.

Wut reason did they give? A court proven murderer deserves a death sentence but if they are getting away from this, they’ll suffer longer in some other way.
Nature has its own method of justice. May ALLAH have mercy upon you and your family.
