From what I've heard, the regular joe blow on the streets of Pakistan does not wear this type of clothing. Everyone is still in regular long/short sleeve shalwar kameez, modest saris etc (you know what I mean).
RV: LOLLL I totally got your modran/modrun lingo. Everything you listed is correct in terms of the type of people who wear such clothes.
