I don't think you should be questioning PTV .. it should be the film industry. If PTV is trying to maintain a good standard on their telecast why say they are "hiding" things? Unlike movies, television programming (specially in Pakistan) represents real soceity and its values and not a lala land. As somebody already mentioned that movies are run privately and by a very limited group of people and they do what they feel it's necessary to do to keep up with the absurd criterias posed by a certain group of people. Not every Pakistani is a movie buff so producers/ directors try to keep up with the standards set by hindi or english movies so they don't lose even that group. It's ridiculous but that's what it is. They can do so much with the opportunites they have but they don't. Tells you how much they are in for money.
