I don’t know if it’s reasonable or not, but yes, a lot of people do pay this much. My sister got her walima makeup/hair done from Shirley and payed around that I think…but this was 2 years ago. If you search some more, you may be able to find a more affordable makeup artist whose makeup style you admire.
