i think the best way would be to find someone who speaks the language as its not an easy language to learn and there are several dialects..*** .

This guy out of the entire lot is the best Pashtu singer! I remember meeting him in 2003 during one of Junoon’s documentaries for the BBC in Peshawar. I think his name was Gulzar?
