Well, Afridi have been using his head for last few months. This being his last WC, we might see a different Afridi than we are used to.

Australia were reeling at 60/4 against England today but they recovered to score a competitive 278 which shows depth in their batting....you just cannot see the present Pak team doing the same against the big teams..
Since our bowling is not great and we do not have many wicket taking bowlers (apart from Irfan and Afridi), it doesn't really matter whether we play 4 or 5 bowlers....but we need to put runs on the board in order to create pressure on the opposition. Pakistan might have to play 9 batsmen/all-rounders/part-timers (in order to strengthen their batting) and only two specialist bowlers. In ODIs runs are more important than wickets.
Unless Hafeez is able to have his bowling action cleared in time, Pakistan has no option but to gamble on Haris filling in as the 5th bowler (with Shehzad being the 6th bowling option)
(Drop Younis and Bhatti or Adil)
Send Sarfraz up the order (if batting first)

Misbah-ul-Haq
Shahid Afridi (should bat up the order if team in a healthy position)
