England win by three wickets. 158/7.
Pakistan team did not have enough runs on the board to defend the total. The bowlers did a good job of fighting back.

bad series for pakistan.lost the test series.and drew the one day series with a team which is only better than bengladesh and zimbabwe in odis.poor captaincy by inzamam at cruicial times during the series

This drops us to number 4 in ODI's behind India.
InshAllah ICC trophy won't be as bad as this...we shud be able to win against Q8...at least that can raise spirits a bit.

Congratulations to England, good fight back to level the series.
Excellent fight back by Pakistan, however in the end not only the batting failure cost us the match but also the decision to bring back Rana

Pakistan team will be depressed at this series...England will be elated...so who comes out as winner....it also drops us down to number 4 in the series. It's so depressing to lose to a bad team faced with endless amount of injuries...our full-strength team cudn't beat a less than half-strength England team. The test-series also is a factor.
This just shows England is a better team...at least in current form.

not only the decision to bring back rana was wrong but inzama did nt have take the 2 power plays right away the match was going to be over early, he could ve tried to put the pressure on with spinner early in the innings ..this guy is thick ,cant afford to have him as captain for too long

Yes very poor captaincy by Inzamam and all in all a disappointing series when you consider that Sri Lanka drew the test series 1-1 and white washed a relatively stronger (Flintoff-led) England 5-0 in the onedayers
The bottom line is we will always remain a mercurial and vulnerable side capable of beating any one on our day and playing like a bunch of school boys on another day
I now wonder how we managed to beat SLA 1-0 and 2-0 in the test and one-dayers respectively
