hey guys i was just wonderin if we can achieve the target in less then 30 overs? i woke up so early to look at that we only need to chase 311

The reason we need to chase only 311 is because Bevan and Lehman are not playing.
Taufeeq's out. Tried to hook Lee and mis-timed it.
I would stick with these Elahi and Taufeeq for the opening spots if Saeed isn't fit. They look capable of giving us a start although not a fast one, but we shopuldn't have had to chase 300 in the first place.
I got up a little late so I missed like the first 30 overs of Australian Inn. basically I got to see Australians hammering our bowlers all over the place. Afridi should have played his usual self, we might have gotten something out of it but trying to settle down like a regular batsmen is just not his game, his footwork is pathetich. He should go with the big swings that he is known for. I dont think Waqar has improved at all as a captain. His decision to bat first plus the way he changed his bowlers was not really ideal.
I think we lost the match as soon as we decided to bowl first. We are bad chasers and Australia has a very string batting line up, so we knbew they were probably going to score more than 220-250. It would have been tough for us to even chase then let alone chase over 300 runs.

LM inititally it was fine. Thier batting lineuup was somewhat shallow but Symonds played exceptionally well. WE had them under rocks and some reckless bowling by mainly Afridi and Razzaq let them get away.
