Let me warn again. The tactics indians are using under Mr. Modi leadership at the border are extremely dangerous. I have always yearned for love between these 2 nations but last few months have been very disappointing and people like me are just shut up on both sides.
Let me also be very clear. Indian establishment has 200% support of Indian public because irresponsible Indian press (not that our press is responsible) has created a jingoistic environment among innocent indian public against pakistan. We have not helped our case either (mumbai incidence was done by irresponsible Pakistanis..lets admit it)
Given grave misunderstanding and mistrust on both sides, any of these incidences can turn into a bigger catastrophic war...and let me tell everyone, you can start a war but you have no control in finishing it. Iss aag may sub kuchh jal jayee ga.

well the second part of your post is speculative and while it is a plausible theory, i dont know if it is right for sure...maybe it is or maybe it is not.
but the first part of your post is spot on and it is not a theory but it is a hard fact and is something what our indian friends need to understand and digest. This is very important.
Instead of coming up with all kind of plausible theories, indians shd understand that the reason Pak army is not showing an equally harsh reaction on its eastern border and is exercising restraint for so many months is because Pakistani army is fully indulged in fighting against TTP and cannot afford another front on its eastern border. That is precisely why pak is asking for neutral observers to come investigate who is committing heavy shelling.
Did our Army employ heavy artillery shelling in past to push fighters into kashmir? maybe but are we doing it right now? no way....we will be most stupid to do it now. we are fully involved against TTP and that is something Indians are not understanding ....they are still living in their old bubble believing whatever their govt will tell them. BJP came in power on "act-hard against bloody pakistan" slogan and they want to make sure they always have that card in hand to show to public to camouflage their poor performance.
I am not interested in whether it is plausible or not, if they can come up with theories why cant we. It is not far fetched though. After all the Indians need to provide logistic support to "road building" engineers employed in Afghanistan. What better way than to distract the Pak army in order that their "road building" does not get disturbed.

The jingoistic Indians need to learn some lessons from what has happened in Iraq and Afghanistan, you can over run a territory but you cannot conquer it.

What was the response to Samjhauta Express attack by Hindu terrorists? Or you Indians have selective memory? Let me refresh it for you…
Islamabad, Jan. 1 (ANI): Pakistan on Thursday said that it was ‘disappointed’ that India has not shared its findings in the investigation into the Samjhauta Express attack, adding that an ‘unnecessary hype’ was created on the granting of bail to Lashkar-e-Toiba operative and 26/11 mastermind Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi.
“[In] the Samjhauta Express terrorist attack, close to fifty Pakistanis were killed. The investigations and the confession of the mastermind of the attack, Swami Aseemanand, pointed to the involvement of India Military officers and some organizations linked to major political parties. Yet, Aseemanand was granted bail on August 28, 2014,” Pakistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Tasneem Aslam told the media.
“Although Samjhauta Express terrorist attack happened more than two years before Mumbai attack, it is very disappointing that India has not shared findings of Samjhauta Express terrorist attack investigations despite assurances at the highest level,” she added.
Aslam further stated that Lakhvi’s case is a legal matter and that Pakistan is actively investigating the 26/11 terror attack case.
“As regard [to] Lakhvi, the case is sub-judice. It is unfortunate that an unnecessary hype was created on grant of bail to Lakhvi. These are legal matters and media trials serve no purpose. We should wait for the outcome of the case. The case is progressing well,” she said.
“The Mumbai case is being pursued vigorously by the prosecution,” she added.
Lakhvi was detained again in a kidnapping case after the Islamabad high court had suspended his detention order last week.
On December 18, the LeT operative was granted bail after his arrest by a Pakistani anti-terrorism court (ATC), while the government in the Islamic Republic extended his detention in Adiala Jail under the Maintenance of Public Order ordinance. (ANI)

In Samjhauta blast case,culprits have been nabbed and have been booked under law.
A transparent investigation was carried out and the Hindu extremists who carried out the blast have been uncovered,identified,snared and put behind bars.There was no denial whatsoever from India on the identity of the attackers.That too,the revelation came at a time all were suspecting Let for the attacks.Samjhauta attack case showed lights on other attacks like Malegon blast and this is the proof a transparent investigation.

anyway, can you please show me where did indian govt say that it was an inside job.
Also, please show me when pakistani govt or pakistani establishment said that those mumbai terrorists did not belong to pakistan..that ajmal kasab was not a pakistani.
