Based on the wicket a lead of 280 will be enough for an innings defeat. if Pak wants to avoid playing fourth innings.

Hope fully pk will make a lead of atleast 350 to be in safe zone. There is Sanga in SL team who loves to score big against pk.

The match is now little bit balanced. With 177 runs lead, SL can score 350 in third innings and can put Pakistan under pressure. Provided that Junaid and co didn't make early inroads. Sangakara cannot take score beyond 250 if wickets continue to fall around him.

I know Pak batting is highly unpredictable esp. in the 4th innings & they have messed many 200+/- run chases up in the past but 179 is still a big lead. If Pak lose from here then they will have only themselves to blame.... esp. given that Lanka bowling is not special

179 is not a good lead espacially when they have players like Mahela and Sanga . Lets hope they get out cheaply . Any target in range of 220 - 250 and these ordinary bowlers will be looking like unplayable.

Anything around 150 in the 4th innings is enough to make our batsmen nervous. Hafeez just don't want to be on wicket if required score is 200. He is the first one to drop the weapon, as in already gave up.

I hope both bhatti and juaid given long runs in test cricket ( specailly bhatti ) this boy has pace but also uses brain ( unlike M. Sami )

After the Burewala Express (Waqar), we now have the Muridke Boy Wonder (Bhatti)!!! Bhatti is a fighter, should persist with him, bowled well but it's too early to judge him...
There is little to choose between Rahat Ali (has bowled tight but is wicketless so far in the match) and Anwar Ali as far as their bowling is concerned
Could play Anwar Ali in the next test because he can bat as well...
