The best we can hope from here is a draw. No chance of winning this test match. Lets hope they dont lose it.

One of the most boring series between two most colorless dull test teams ... What a turn off after watching current ashes series where you could not even blink when Mitchell Johnson was bowling or Warner was batting.... Kissiee ka Mahan England to barbad ho Gaya !
Anyway we we don't need idiots but let's face it... our cricket always needs some stars who can motivate rest of the team... This team has nothing ... plain mediocre dull players other than ajmal and may be junaid but ajmal is off color... at least for now

^ Really? It's his one bad series after a long time. give him a break. And it's not like he is bowling badly. He's only giving away around 2 runs an over even if he is not getting wickets.

SL has played very well, Pakistan has got caught napping, since we lost the initiative in the first test we have been unable to regain it.

It might not have made any difference in the end but the team selection wasn't right imo
I would have played Sharjeel Khan in place of Khurram Manzoor. Left-right opening combo is always handy!
Rahat (was always going to struggle on the flat UAE pitches) >> Anwar Ali (can bat as well)
Sarfraz >> Umar Akmal (the so-called specialist keepers incl. Sarfraz and Adnan are not so special imo). Esp. on these flat UAE pitches (with no pace or bounce) UA might have done ok as a keeper
Hafeez >> Sohaib Maqsood
And while Bhatti may just about pass for an ODI all-rounder, his bowling is not of test standard (said it in another thread as well)
Saeed Ajmal has been off colour. It happens. It's his first bad series in a while

but seriously mithc johnson changed the fast bowling concept for our generation...in last 10 years, most of the fast bowlers depend on mcgarth type line and length mentality but johnson relied on shear pace inducing so much fear into batsmen head....was such a fun this aussie summer.....i watched every test match and appreciated every bit of it....so my comment on current pak/sri lanka was in that context! we used to have wasim, waqar, shoaib then mohammad aamir, saqlain.....a lot of charismatic bowlers but last 7 years have been tough..rana naveed, rao ifthukhar, umar gul, aizaz cheema, rahat ali, urgh....

ughhh… two batsmen I really like are still not delivering, Asad and Azhar 
At least we crossed the ‘follow on’ line :D, this game looks like a draw to me unless our batsmen throw the towel in.
