First day goes to Pakistani bowlers' triumph.

Looking at the scorecard, the best realization is that all bowlers too wickets which is a great sign.

4 catches for Sarfraz.

Now we can wish that Pakistani openers had not lost wickets but its ok as long as current and next batsmen Babar and Asad can do their part. Pak must look forward to a lead of 100+

Target of even 150 plus will be tough. Tariq sohail having some serious turn. Though bit slow.

Our boys need to lay a solid foundation. Need to see of day 2 without losing any wicket or scoring any run.

A disappointing first hour by Pakistan. First Haris sohail threw away his wicket on a simple spin fulltoss straight to fielder. And then Azhar on a edge to boult. Pakistanis are struggling

Azhar Ali was actually dropped once and still could only score 22. He's completely out of form for last few tests

A lead of 74. While we cud have at least 125. Tricky situation if NZ batted well

If these two had managed to hang on, we would be in the drivers seat. Having said that, the drivers seat is overrated.

I think its very clear that Pakistani batsmen are incapable of transitioning between ODI/T20 to test match. They are unable to drive grounded shots and end up getting easily caught. Even Sarfraz's sweep went straight in hands.

Pak had a golden chance to get a easy big lead but now they'll be batting 4th inning and the mistakes here would bite them in the a$$. Very disappointing.

I think they are playing for Pakistan. Either as batsman, bowler, all rounder or keeper.

quick wickets by Hasssan ali making it relatively less pressured else raval and williamson have almost taken the match awway. 60 runs lead and six wickets.... lets see where they end up.
