a big lead almost enough for this paki batting side
may be pak batting have learnt a lesson from McCullum n Vettori on how to bat

Given our current woeful batting this match may well finish tomorrow (day 3) and do not be very surprised if we suffer an innings defeat :)

Re: Pak v NZ - 3rd Test - 11-15 Dec. 09 @ Napier
A disappointing session after tea. With only four bowlers and unimaginative captain, it was going to happen. Aamer was really sick after tea, so he couldn't bowl, Kaneria had no turn whatsoever, Gul, well he was Gull, and Asif was tired.
Re: Pak v NZ - 3rd Test - 11-15 Dec. 09 @ Napier
Although I always hope for a turn in fortune,
however, right now, I am bracing for a pak batting janaza procession tomorrow…:scared:
Re: Pak v NZ - 3rd Test - 11-15 Dec. 09 @ Napier
^ There's nothing in the pitch for the bowlers, so batsmen have to make a mistake to get out. I hope they have learned something from Vettori and McCullum and bat sensibly when they come out to bat sometime tomorrow.
On a side note what the Sri Lankans and Indians have been scoring (200+) in one T20 innings, our woeful batters are managing in one test innings!! ....aur khush ho jatey hein k bara teer maar liya :D Such pathetic is our batting
We have been a '200-250 per test innings' side for a good 5 or 6 years now and it shows in our recent test results. It is simply not good enough at this level. Must score around 400 in one test innings atleast if we are looking to compete with top test sides and NZ are not even one of the better test teams around! That simply seems beyond this team at the moment

i hope rain interferes :D
Re: Pak v NZ - 3rd Test - 11-15 Dec. 09 @ Napier
untill unless, our batsmen do some magic, this series is going 2-1 NZ way..
Re: Pak v NZ - 3rd Test - 11-15 Dec. 09 @ Napier
an almighty phaintee beckons... or is perhaps already underway...
do you really expect or hope that? If they were so ashamed, they would’ve learned something from Mohammed Aamer or Kaneria.
Currently it seems that pitch has nothing to offer to the bowlers, wait for Pakistani batsmen on crease and suddenly all the devils will show up in the pitch ![]()
Re: Pak v NZ - 3rd Test - 11-15 Dec. 09 @ Napier
^ Unlike a lot of cynical "fans", I do hope they've learned a lesson. Pakistan usually performs when are down and out. This is the perfect time and pitch to score big runs.

yep...lets pray Salatul istasqa for Napier....

If the wicket is dead now (as it seems) they'll score but then Kiwis will be batting last.
Re: Pak v NZ - 3rd Test - 11-15 Dec. 09 @ Napier
Atleast let Asif or Amir use morning conditions ![]()
When do you guys think should Kiwis declare? With a lead of 250 or 300?

^ Even crictime.com is working (atleast for me).
Batsmen having such easy time out there!

Why is Kiwi link working? NZlanders think this is history or something in the making?? ![]()

Re: Pak v NZ - 3rd Test - 11-15 Dec. 09 @ Napier
They are having absolutely no problem at all scoring runs.. And Yousuf is clueless as always. Pissing me off...
