Ahmed Shahzad has completed his 500* Test runs in his 7th Test Match and I am missing Javed Miandad who scored 500+ in his first test series of 3 test matches.

Lyon to Ahmed Shehzad, 3 runs, beauty! That was tossed up, drifting across towards off stump, and Shehzad came forward to defend, played for the turn, and the ball kept going with the angle and beat his outside edge, missed off stump, and beat Haddin as well

Lyon to Ahmed Shehzad, OUT, got him! Shehzad kept playing back to length balls. It was okay as long as he was playing with a straight bat, but this time he looked to work it off the stumps into the leg side and missed. Struck plumb in front of middle, and he didn't review. Good decision.

12.00pm And that’s lunch. Excellent session for Pakistan, they only lost the one wicket. Hafeez and Azhar have looked quite solid to end the session, but Siddle was showing signs of getting reverse swing just as it was about to end. There has been a bit of help for Lyon, the only wicket-taker, and Australia will hope they can use spin and reverse to make some inroads in the second session.
