Re: Pak team's Men of the Matches since 2004-2005 VB series

Just shows you that Pakistan is not a one man team and does not depend on 1 or 2 particular players.

But it looks like most of the man of the matches have been won by allrounders, which shows the importance for having allrounders in the team.

Re: Pak team’s Men of the Matches since 2004-2005 VB series

You deliberately left out matches earlier than 2005. I protest :Pagri::k: :closed:

Re: Pak team’s Men of the Matches since 2004-2005 VB series

Re: Pak team's Men of the Matches since 2004-2005 VB series

If you put this list 1 year later I can already feel in the air that you will see Afridi many times on that list. He is going to be pakistan's Number 1 match winner, now just bring back Shoab so we can have a dynamic duyo :D

Re: Pak team's Men of the Matches since 2004-2005 VB series

So what's the point...Che gum??

Re: Pak team’s Men of the Matches since 2004-2005 VB series

I posted the ones that came to immediate memory. And prior to 2005 we weren’t winning that many matches either… unless you really want to count the matches against Bangladesh. :stuck_out_tongue:

Re: Pak team’s Men of the Matches since 2004-2005 VB series

Yep! Right on.. Afridi still has many tops to top and standards to set. All thanks to Inzamam’s confidence and Woolmer’s direction.

Looking at the list I just feel that Salman Butt has been a bit under-appreciated. Actually now that i think of it he did get MoM in the Golden Jubilee match in India against India last year… which i forgot to mention in this list.

Re: Pak team's Men of the Matches since 2004-2005 VB series

Thanx for sharing, Indeed some wonderful performances this year which will be remembered for many years to come.

But having said that how can u forget Inzimam's 180 in 3rd Test Vs India.

Inzimam is Indeed a Living Legend. Long Live Inzimamul Haq ( My only all time favourite batsman)
