First, the OP needs to make it sure the PM inaugurated the railway station actually?

I heard it was a bypass or bridge which will lessen the distance between karachi and lahore. And he inaugurated it not in the city but in suburbs where his brother has already been selected as an MPA. So obviously the region is under the nazr e karam of Gillani brothers for the future prospects. Another headline ofcourse. And a bait for the native voters.

**he did both…he inaugrated the Bahawalpur overpass and later attended the foundation laying ceremony of Multan Railway Station…u may find the video on youtube. there were two helipcopters carrying him and his entourage and landed at the nearby existing Multan Railway Station. i saw it live on Dunya TV.
