Its not the end of the world. It can shape up to be an interesting match. Since Shoaib is absent, so Pakistan is thinking bowling is no longer our strength and the batting has to win the match, and therefore decided to chase this time.
If thats the case, then 236 is a reasonable score, which our batsmen should be able to chase successfully. Obviously it means they have to apply themselves and play to their potential.
The way New Zealand top batsmen were bowled out, we would have expected a lower score.. but oh well... these things happen.

Well, NZ also had batting till no.9, but 1 of top, and then late order played. I hope that our openers bring a change and provide a partnerhship of 100+ at least
4 by Farhat and followed with a airy fairy shot which just landed safe behind keeper ...... this is not good batting at all and surely not something PAK needs at this early stage
