India should move out its active agencies from Baluchistan & N.W.F.P. and stop funding freelance agencies to create a law and order situation in Pakistan...........................:)

What Manmohan said in private before press conference was that he is going to extract funds from army reserves to fund operations against Pakistan through logistic agencies and make them more active in Baluchistan and Frontier cuz its much more effective than fighting Pakistan on borders.
