everyone knows how strict rashtrya sawak sangh (RSS) has been about pakistan but this week, they said something which is completely unprecedented.

This has not been reported in Pakistani press (at least i didnt see it) but reported widely in indian press. everyone in india is surprised by this changed stand of RSS.
i cant comment much but what i do know that peace is the ultimate solution for the welfare of people of both sides. if RSS means it and modi govt shows some good intentions, we shd reciprocate as well.
Pakistanis are highly peace loving fun people and would love to have brotherly relationship with indians. Lets pray that something good comes out of it.

Once my begum asked me to uproot a tree trunk in our backyard. I ranted that its a 1 hour job and she should go in and make some chai and snack for me…after 4 hours I started convening begum that tree trunk actually does not look bad in backyard and its very useful for hosting bird feeder etc and that we should leave it as it is.

understand great animosity against RSS given their track record...and hard to trust them as well but can hafiz saeed and his likes on our end issue similar statements even hypocritically and urge govt to promote brotherly relationships with india ?
some will argue that statements mean nothing but that is how public emotions get softened. RSS recent positive comments abt pakistan were widely reported and discussed in the indian media. End of the day, i nonetheless see it as a positive development regardless how fragile and superficial it might be. when clouds are so dark, any ray of light should be welcomed!

First it was the Mullahs who tried selling the 'brotherly relationship' with Gulf states chooran to masses, now we have Indian touts who will sell this 'brotherly relationship' with India chooran.
Honestly, Pakistanis and their cringe worthy and stupid obsession with this whole brotherly relations crap. No there are no brotherly relations or lasting friendship in 21st century. There are mutual interests, and the mutual interest between India and Pakistan is the issue of Kashmir. So instead of fooling the desperate simpletons at both sides with these meaningless gimmicks, come together to have a proper solution to that issue. Indians need to stop running away of Peace Talks.
As with RSS, this whole *baghal me churri, moun me Ram Ram *tactics won't work. It was their anti Pakistan hate and war mongering that played a vital role behind cancelling of the recent Peace Talks, so they can now shove this we are brothers crap back where they got it from. Either this change of sound is because of the strong reaction and unity shown by Pakistan side or the on-going Bihar election campaign. I hope Pakistan does not get comfortable, and continues to arrest Indian RAW terrorists from Karachi, Lahore, Balochistan, FATA.
Hafiz Saeed - India's favouite boogeyman is a nobody in Pakistani politics, nor he enjoys any public influence that his statements could have any impact, now compare this to RSS which is actually BJP's partner and a massive electoral force.
