Can someone suggest a book or a documentary which summarises Pakistan’s history,geography ,economics ,politics & the current situation?

Ok there are two books coming into my mind: One is 'Idea of Pakistan by Stephan P Cohen' & the other is 'The Duel' by Tariq Ahmed. I think these books are also available online. Let me check.
