KARIMNAGAR: The BJP Karimnagar town unit leaders set on fire vinyl posters of Tennis star Sania Mirza and Pakistani cricketer Shoab Mallik here on Saturday to protest their marriage proposal, which they claim is detrimental to the interest of the country.
BJP town president Bandi Sanjay and others participated in the programme and raised slogans against Sania Mirza for insulting the Indian cricket fans by claiming that she would support Shoab Mallik when he plays for Pakistan against India. Mr Sanjay reminded that Sania herself played tennis with sponsorships from Indians and the Indian government.
He said that the Sania Mirza and Shoab Mallik marriage was part of a plan by the Pakistan government to destabilise India.
^^ I think Pakistani Govt. should speed up, they should send ISI agents to find out about the emerging Indian celebrities ( in sports) and find an appropriate partner for them in Pakistan, this celebrity drain shall shake the very foundation of India.. to make this operation profitable, ISI should have a website or should buy shaadi dot com...
