this is the way to go.........to help curb fraud and build trust.........western union transfers are at your risk

Once again People........If you are dealing here be very careful with western union.......western union warns you not to send any money to people you don't personally know......they don't encourage you to pay for online transactions........it is buyers beware......people who are out to do fraud are doing this........

yes be very careful, but even Paypal doesn't guarantee any refund if payment is made in parts. and mostly people pay 50% advance and 50% when the dress is ready... so u cant do anything even when using Paypal....
so the most authentic way is to talk to the seller in detail about his contact info and give u scanned bill as a proof. so atleast u have some proof if he runs away and there are more chances that the person doing fraud get caught.
and last but not least invest having faith in ALLAH, because even the safest investments could make you loss ...

actually paypal protects you if the goods are not delivered......western union is very unsafe for seller.......it is best way for seller to receive money quickly and hassle free.....however buyer assumes alot of risk..........people before placing order ask for references when placing orders.......this is very important! also when paying 50% for dress.....ask for pictures when the order is completed........this way you can access if dresses were actually made............for 1st time order............DON'T PLACE A LARGE ORDER NO MATTER HOW TEMPTING.......PLACE AN ORDER FOR MAX OF 2 TO 3 DRESSES AND THEN JUDGE QUALITY, workmanship....etc.......

No, pls read paypal terms. as said before if payment is made in parts no matter u receive your dresses or not or any other fraud occurs u cannot claim at any stage.
but i agree that with first order u could check for authentic seller.
