I won’t comment on the acting or storylines, as I’m not familiar with those, but one thing I always found odd about Pakistani entertainment is the fashion/makeup of the actreses. When I get a glimpse of the dramas my mother is watching, they show women who supposedly live in the villages, you know simple, kuriyan wearing makeup as if they’re going to a shaadi…i dunno that just seemed weird to me..

Yeah, its totally fake… Takes away from the story immensly.
