You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make him drink.
So explain why you say - "An american wouldn't possible do good for a muslim where at the same time a chinese can careless if the person is a muslim or not"
The US provides possibly the most open society on earth where one can practice their religion. I have talked with American Muslims who say there is not a "Muslim" nation that exists that could provide the freedom of religion they experience in the US. I have posted the official US policy that outlines the tolerance, respect and freedoms that American Muslims enjoy.
Contrast that to the official Chinese policy of harassment, suppression, intimidation, arrests and killings of Muslims in China.
Can you honestly say that Americans cannot do good for a Muslim while the Chinese could not care less if they are Muslim?

You're right, it doesn't matter who is the leader. Any leader would be same for a muslim.

You're probably right on that, but you still do not get the point. They do not like muslims intentionally, sure they can talk nice with you with a great big smile but inside, they do not like you. Just like I have said before that racism is everywhere and its something that cant be prevented at any cause.
Now regarding the americans liking the muslims, I can give an example. Look at Yasser Arafat(Former American slave), he practically did everything USA told him. USA got almost everything they wanted out of him,now do you see what USA is doing to him? Even animals are treated better than that.

Yes, I can honestly say that. The americans will probably like you better if you were a kuffar physically and intentionally but if you were a muslim, it would be the opposite. At the same time, a Chinese could careless about the persons race or religion.

Ok, I direct ur own question to you... Why dont the Chinese hate Pakistanis, afterall, we are Muslims too... They are very oppressive towards the rebel Muslims in some areas of their country... Its not because we are Muslims or Jews they like us, its because we are their friends... The US targets terrorists and extremists, this does not mean they are targetting all the Muslims and Extremists and terrorists do not represent all Muslims... I am a Muslim, and I am not an extremist or a terrorist, nor I associate myself with those barbarians. And I have been to both the US and China and found them to be very friendly... Naturally if I take a nuclear-dirty bomb in one of their cities, they are going to treat me like crap.
CHINA is against Muslim rebels, above all don’t give rights to her minorities. In China is a communists country!
Where as USA does look after for its minorities and its a democractic country.
CHINA keeps always keeps her nose out of other countries business where as USA always tries to lead other countries foreign policies to her way, quiet frankly, interests!
Honestly, I’d say China is best friend of Pakistan than USA because China has always supported Pakistan without any excuse, no doubt. Where as USA has never been our friend. Just an ally whenever they need us!
