ive just brought some of this from my local gym and heard so many positive reviews about it has anyone tried it, its for weight loss and apparently u can lose one stone from one box!?

hi, i came on here hoping to find some one who had used it, i am going to start on monday, and i let u know my mates brother lost 7 pounds in 5 days, i cannot wait to start im really looking forward to this.

hey..ive used it for abt 3 weeks, no major weight loss a few pounds..but it has supressed my appetite! and has had no side effects...but im going gym regularly too..im goin to try it again for another month and see! let me knw how u get on! xx

hey, well according to everythng ive read it doesnt, and i did a lot of reading around it..i think the ingredients are natural? the first few days i took it i was feeling nauseous but after that im completely fine now, it tastes disgusting though, so I mix it with tea and drink it and then I cant really taste it!

hi this is my fifth day today, but i have lost a pound a day so far.... i found it fantastic, just what i need. i dont eat after 6 tho..... i dont eat any junk but defo i drink more than 2ltrs a day. do you drink water.
my i ask how much weight was u looking too loose, because in general they say we should only loose 2 to 3 lbs a week
hey..ive been takin this 4 2 weeks now its amazin stuff..so far i hav lost half a stone 7lbs it really does work!!!:shoaby:

hey guppies...im not really sure where u can purchase it frm the 1st box i got off my SIL who got it off sum1 else but they dont hav any more left...im actually lukin on the net and hav found sum1 off ebay selling it with gud reviews so might buy off them..need 2 luk more in to it yet as ive heard the fake is goin round too dont want the fake 1...ill keep u posted as im also based in uk..as for USA im not sure google the name and c wat u get..

there are only a few places in the uk that do it ithink

hey u can get it from ebay, ive brought a box of ebay, some of the asian clothes shops are selling them, in asian areas! make sure u get it off a reputable seller on ebay...check the feedback..and make sure the box hasnt got chinese writing on it!

lol, im trying my very best to drink water..but its sooooo difficult, i just about manage a litre...its just really annoying having to go to the toilet all day long..but im gonna try hopefully..im lookin to lose around 4 stone...yeh the safe limit is around 2-3lbs..!
my box had chinese writing on it..was it the fake 1?? it has pic of a girl on front showing her tummy but u cant c her face..pls let me know which 1 is fake and which is original...post a pic if u can

hey princess, this stuff u only take for 3 months and u need to have a breakl as well as every 5 day, n u stop 2 days.......
2 years back i done another diet it was very expensive which was lipotrim that works great it was amazing..... but again u eat nothing just three milk shakes and water....
i use to find it hard to drink water it was annoying, so i realised that i start in the morning at 6 ish and then through out the day, it depends do u work....
also dont eat after six.... and through out the day a a good few times to keep ur metabolism going.
water is the best thing to flush it. and u will see the results dont forget ur body may be thinking that u changed your eating routine so it stores it for 2 weeks.
