would humans still needed to be involved in sexual activities or would they be asexual?

If asexual then lack of intimacy between individuals would be a big hurdle in the creation of a social setup and our society would not be evolved in the way we see it now. It might not even be in existence.

If humans still needed a sexual involvement then who would be the dominant partner between two males?
