What Are The Painful & Itchy Bumps On My Scalp How Can I Get Rid Of Them They’re Now on My Face.
These bumps dont seem to go away. They are reddish & look like the beginning of a pimple. They started at the hairline but are now all over my scalp rite in da middle and now they seem to be apearin nearer and nearer to my hairline. They itch & when I scratch, they hurt a lot. I hope to find an answer & advice as to how to get rid of these. Im really afraid to get these all over my face. Oh and also..hair loss. And, I just remembered..a few years ago, right about the same time that these started..my scalp would feel like it does when you wear your hair in a pony tail all day. Kind of like asleep but hurts to the touch. This happened recently again. Well, thats all I can think of. Hope someone can help.
please see a doctor. Have you tried taking an anti allergy medicine just to see if the itchiness and some o them go away.Did you change your shampoos..used somebody else's brush etc
use the same shampoo since yrs.... and yes i ve tried anti allergic meds too... they wern as many in number as dey r now. started out with one now there many.... i dont even ve an oily scalp....:( it worries me so much... feels like my hairs fallin out cuz of it.
Do u use hair-dye? It could very well be a reaction to that. See u're derm to get a prescription shampoo.. in the meantime apply aloe vera gel to u're scalp at night and wash it off in the morning.
no gina i dont n dint dye my hair..... i got an apointment wid a derm.... he said its superfical folicitious...so x2 u wer so rite.... i was panickin im gona loose my hair... a girls nightmare!!!:P..... thanks for ur replies ppl.....
u just have to take care of it asap, u dont want it becoming anything more than a superficial one, and even then it can cause permanent hair loss. so be agressive, see a couple fo specialists and see what they suggest.
I gave u the worse case scenario from what I know, in most cases proper care will take care of it with no issues
well i am not a doc so dont take my word, but multiple opinions never hurt, and u have to ask the docs about what they are giving you, side effects, success rates and all that.
