I’ve been on my feet and walking and walking through the city and have painful, hard feet. My soles dont hurt but the front part hurts alot and theres a big boil :crying:
Every step is painful… any homemade remedies ppl :konfused:

Get ureself a new pair of comfortable, light, leather shoes. Give ure feet some rest and let them breathe!! A scrub can do wonders, a warm herbal foot bath too.

soak them in warm water and salt. Have your hubby give you a foot massage:) Always works for me:)

Like Mahru said, soak your feet in warm water and salt. You can also add some shampoo or soap to make it smell nice. Also, massage should help.

Get off ur feet! Ur pregnant, i think ur sposed to take it easy right? If i remember correctly u were posting about how u shud stay stress free, docts orders n all.. so chill and relax and let ur hubby take care of you.. :smokin:

Aerosoles shoes. Amazing stuff. I used them all over NYC and believe you me, I never had any issues after that. I am on my feet these days all day long, and yep, i got a new pair of aerosoles and they work well. You need to get the ones with the rubbery sort of base, though. I would post pictures, but this stupid upload issue.

due to work's standard, i have to wear steel-front, steel-back shoes for extended periods of time (10, 10+hrs) and involves walking, standing, running, sprinting at amazing activity levels..

after i come home, i wash my feet in cold water (weird eh?) then i rub them dry, and sit on bed, put feet down on carpet, and try squeezing the fingers/thumbs inside , then stretch outside..

snickers, which trimester is urs?
U will need to walk around in the last one a lot.
Cuz it helps u in delivery.
4-7 months are okay too. But make sure, u dont walk around too much. U're carrying weight and ur body isnt used to carry this much wt, normally. Dont over do!!

Get urself a nice and relaxing pedicure/massage. Ask ur husband to do it ;) Its ur fist baby, he'll be more than happy to do it.
